We are a technology software start-up company searching for a part-time administrative and accounting assistant with a thorough knowledge of accounting and QuickBooks. Scheduling, filing, travel support, internet research, and clerical duties
Accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
Account and bank reconciliation
1-2 years of accounting experience
Experience using accounting applications (QB is preferred)
Associates Degree in Accounting or equivalent experience
Strong computer skills, including high proficiency with Excel
10 key by touch
Detail oriented and a self-starter
