Administrative Assistant

We are a technology software start-up company searching for a part-time administrative and accounting assistant with a thorough knowledge of accounting and QuickBooks. The right candidate for this position will aspire to help the company grow. We know this is a unique blend of skills. There is growth opportunity for the right person.

Responsibilities

Scheduling, filing, travel support, internet research, and clerical duties

Accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger

Account and bank reconciliation

Position Requirements

1-2 years of accounting experience

Experience using accounting applications (QB is preferred)

Associates Degree in Accounting or equivalent experience

Strong computer skills, including high proficiency with Excel

10 key by touch

Detail oriented and a self-starter
