The successful candidate will work with staff to implement features, support bug fixes and client deployments. The software helps customers align operational expenditures to strategic objectives so that these customers can improve long term performance. The company uses a both content and analytics tools to enhance decision support and visualization of models.
In order to support development effort the successful candidate will have the following skillset or experience:
C# Development skills in the context of .NET Framework 4.0 or 4.5 developing MVC Applications
Experience and knowledge about the entity framework
Experience with WCF and web services, at least 5 years
Interoperability with other systems through SAP
MS SQL or equivalent coding experience
Understanding performance bottlenecks in an N-Tier Application and optimize
Use and implementation of Team Foundation Server
The following skills are highly desired
Domain expertise with Corporate Finance and Planning
Ability to work in a fast pace startup environment
Work on tight deadlines
Knowledge of Core SAP constructs and integration with People, Materials, and GL
Experience with SAP HANA
This position will report to office of the CTO. In this capacity, the position will be responsible for assisting with:
Core Application Development. The resource will be responsible for implementation of core product functionality. These functions and features will be prioritized by a product manager, as well as inputs from the successful candidate anticipating both functional and nonfunctional requirements
Testing and Customer Support. The candidate will need to unit test systems, and remediate bugs as necessary.
Support Client Engagements. During customer implementations, the successful candidate will support client delivery of projects. These tasks may include implementing a customer specific feature, loading customer data into the tool, and working with the services team on any potential discovered issues/bugs.
Leadership. This resource will build a team of developers and testers around himself as the firm grows. This person will be seen as integral part of the senior leadership team. This position may also involve supporting outsourced development teams.
